  • I have chosen to do the walk in the forest of the mountains of Dublin with my mother, and it was really great! The horses were adorable as well as our guides Lindsey and Viviana! the landscapes are beautiful and varied! The owner took the time to have a coffee with us after the ride, which was very friendly. We also enjoyed talking to the French trainee who took very good care of us! Expected forward photos :) I highly recommend this equestrian center! Thanks again for this great experience!

  • My daughter came here for lessons for a year and the staff were all lovely, but the receptionist maeve is not so professional i asked a few questions an mentioned i wasnt happy about certain things an she was snappy an abrupt to me then started to push for me to put my daughter in private lessons an summer camps keeping in mind the last camp she had attended she came home an told me she was was walking dogs and they ate there lunch in the reception area were it is very cold an also mucky. I just got the vibe it was more about me spending more money . Very unsatisfied . A Pity because the girls that gave the lessons were so kind with my daughter.
  • Wow started a child up here when she had a keen interest in horses, And found the staff to be amazing in there encouragement and training.Always had a good family feel while providing a professional approach in their riding.Would recommend Coolmine Equastrian centre for all that have an interest in horses and riding.
  • Good place to go horseback riding
  • Absolutely shocking. All of the staff are treated horribly, there is no team work. The receptionist maeve doesn't do much. There is like a fake happy bubble put around the place this is how i felt walking onto the yard. Many of the horse's are either over weight or waaay too thin. None of the tack fits correctly. I heard many of the liveries bickering about how they were treated by management . Would definitely not recommend. Highly dissatisfied.
  • I went here during the summer months and found the staff friendly and accommodating. From talking to other clients the centre seems to be quite busy all year round with plenty of stuff to do no matter what level your at, can't wait for the bbq's next summer!! The miniture horse show rocked! Thanks guys, I had a blast!

Where to stay in Dublin

Dublin offers everything from luxury hotels to eclectic guesthouses. Explore over 1,000 years of history in the city on foot by staying at one of the hotels or hostels in the city center. The south side of the river has always been a popular place to stay, particularly near Temple University or the tourist nightlife center Temple Bar, but a new crop of attractive options has popped up on the north side as well. For more affordable accommodations, try a hostel or make your way toward St. Stephen's Green for a more comfortable stay at a mid-range hotel. If the artistic spirit of Dublin is what beckoned you, spend your holiday in a guesthouse near the creative Lower Gardiner Street.
