  • This was our second visit to Clara Lara. It really is a great family day out. Our children love the variety in Clara Lara: wading through pools, stepping across streams, swinging by rope from one bank...  more »
  • Fantastic value for money. Don't listen to the frightened adults who have no time for slightly boisterous kids who are having a great time. I always have great craic with them and so do my kids. Well ...  more »

  • There are many different fun things to do here. They have water slides, boats, canoes, mini golf, rope swings, a huge playground, swimming lakes, barbecues, a restaurant (very dear) and lots more. Bring old clothes/shoes. Lakes very sandy. The area around is gorgeous we stopped in Glendalough it's fabulous! I recommend spending the full day there and doing everything!! A few more changing facilities would make it a better place
  • I would consider this an old school fun park /playground. No electric rides...here, everything is natural. A number of water based activities together with some rope structures and tree houses/slides. Several picnic areas and bbq areas make it a good family outing for the day. If you are in the area, a season pass is probably good value.
  • Great place for a good old fashioned fun day out, brings back memories for you and creates new ones for your kids. On-site BBQ's are great (remember to bring your own charcoal and utensils). Slightly pricey for a family of 5 once everything is costed in but worth it overall and cheaper than a lot of other things nowadays I suppose. :-)
  • Kids had a fantastic time. Loads to do. Bring extra clothes as u will get wet. We didn't no it had its on barbecues that u could use. Great idea. Recommend for all age families
  • Really fun place, be there for school tour. Its a WATER PARK!! Scary slide, Go Kart racing, water jumps, paddling boats,Canons and bases for your school!! Best school tour EVER. Best place ever!!!!!! P.s it much more fun when its raining;-)
