  • This place is huge and has a lot of amazing books. The prices are reasonable (2 to 10 euros) and they are quite diverse. I spent a good hour just browsing and I'm planning on going back there, just to...  more »
  • They have a great selection of new books on the ground floor. Many (not all) are very discounted. Probably the only shop where you will pick up a Hardback for 5 Euro. I usually have a look here before...  more »
  • I've yet again just completed my shopping, last minute. I needed to find a certain book, and as always amazing customer service. They found exactly what I needed and when I asked for some other advice...  more »

  • Best selection of used and new books in town. They even have a little reading area upstairs where you can sit and just read. But they don't have WiFi or a public toilet.
  • One of the workers who I'm guessing is the manager , all I can say is I pray for his co-workers. He was very rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. My sister bought a map that was in a case and after about an hour she realised our Mam had got the same one. So she went back to chapters and asked to return it (the same workers were there as we were only there an hour ago) no one told us when we were buying it but you can't return that particular map. The guy at the desk was so loud and nearly shouted at us and was no way nice about the situation and didn't give an explanation as to why we can't change it. He had a smug grin on his face. My family are completely turned off chapters and not a chance will we ever go back there and we make sure to share the story with everyone. If I could give it no star I would.
  • Customer service is really bad, twice I came to ask for a book information and they didn't type it on the system and told me that they didn't have the other side the girl toke the phone feigning she had on a call tô don't give me an information. On the last time I was on the line to ask a information and I saw a irish senior asking for a book information and again they simply didn't have a properly information and him was totally frustrated. Therefore, the second hand section is definitely the other side of the road the staffs are really attentive and they follow on the shelf until they find it. 20/02/2017 15:31.. Disappointed....😕
  • Great selection of secondhand books and friendly and helpful service
  • The place to go to for cheap, used books. Perfect for students.
