  • We were looking for hot drinks on a chilly morning and were happy to find not only hot drinks, but hot chocolate you can't find anywhere else. A must stop while walking through Grafton Street.  more »
  • The flight attendant our flight over told me I had to take the kids to hot chocolate. It did not disappoint, so much so they had one more on our last day in Dublin. I also picked up lots of chocolates...  more »
  • We sampled a hot dark chocolate and their refreshing iced chocolate drink along with a scrumptious mixed berry baked bar. The perfect little cafe for a quick pick-me-up.  more »

  • Loved, loved, loved Butlers Chocolate; especially this location. The staff were really sweet and they seemed to be having fun, and making the best of serving their surly caffeine-starved crowds. The dark chocolate hot chocolate was my fav', and the choice of complimentary chocolate/truffle was a very, very nice touch. Happy me!
  • Usually quite busy so there can be a bit of a wait. Always order white hot chocolate which is delicious and highly recommend to anyone that hasn't tried it yet. Deducting one star because on my last visit I ordered my usual white hot chocolate but because it was so busy I got a "normal" hot chocolate which I only had a few sips from and had to discard. As the staff were so busy I did not want to ask them to remake it but definitely left me disappointed. Haven't been back since.
  • Outstanding coffee and great treats! Staff is very helpful and professional
  • Flat White: one of the few chain coffee shops in Dublin where they make this properly. Small cup, correct strength and milk. Same value as most alternatives (€3) and as always you get the free complementary chocolate
  • My favourite chocolate ever. Great coffee and nice cake. However, very small not very good to stay for long because it is very busy.
