Where to stay in Dublin

Dublin offers everything from luxury hotels to eclectic guesthouses. Explore over 1,000 years of history in the city on foot by staying at one of the hotels or hostels in the city center. The south side of the river has always been a popular place to stay, particularly near Temple University or the tourist nightlife center Temple Bar, but a new crop of attractive options has popped up on the north side as well. For more affordable accommodations, try a hostel or make your way toward St. Stephen's Green for a more comfortable stay at a mid-range hotel. If the artistic spirit of Dublin is what beckoned you, spend your holiday in a guesthouse near the creative Lower Gardiner Street.

  • I recently got married and went to the Brown Thomas Beauty Lounge for all my bridal needs; eyebrows, manicure, pedicure, hair and make up. Firstly, I was a train wreck bride, I had to change my weddin...  more »
  • Have browsed this store on several occasions and felt impressed by the wide range of brands and styles. Prices are reasonable and in some cases cheaper than the designers retail.  more »
  • What can I say, COMPLETE DISASTER, & that's just the staff. Browsed the Louis Vuitton boutique looking for a gift for my wife. I enquired to a sales assistant if a particular sales person was working ...  more »

  • Top end of the market shopping. I only walk through every so often to the top floor and readily pick up the positive vibe throughout. All to present a pleasant and polite disposition, if only standing waiting for a customer to approach. Smart cookies & I'm sure all very employable people.
  • The first shopping mall with little up beat class.. Good stuff and very helpful and knowledge staff.. I was looking for a perfume which was not available however the sales guy did took the effort to find something similar. I appreciate his work.. must visit
  • It is good to share my experience about the restaurant on the third floor. I could call it my favourite place in the city centre. Always up to your expectations. Breakfasts and desserts are great. Usually inviting friends over and never had a bother on our experience in there👍🏼
  • This is the best Brown Thomas you will find. The selection of men's outfits is vast and prices reflect what you will get in luxury brands. I had a hard time to find my sunglasses at Brown Thomas in Cork but I found the one in Dublin. It is worth a visit.
  • The best department store in the whole of Dublin and a personal favourite for me. A whole variety of luxury and high end brands to avail off.
