  • My husband and I were on a week trip in Ireland and spent a bit of time in the Dingle peninsula. With over 500,000 sheep there, I wanted to see a place where the wool was put to use. Even though most ...  more »

  • Amazing place filled with floors and floors of goodness. Basement cafe sells deli items, desserts, teas, cakes and jams. Ground floor has lots of kitschy items and women's clothing/accessories. Half floor up is a stationery section. First floor has avoca blankets and soaps and other delightful home goods. Half floor up that there is children's clothing. The top floor is the best floor - dine in restaurant with amazing food and pastry choices. The pasta special is always good but so is their brunch options. Also leave room for dessert! Make sure to get to the restaurant early as it gets packed past noon.
  • Perfect place for breakfast. Looks typically Irish. I felt i went back a bit in time. Not too expensive and known around the locals
  • Simply delicious food upstairs in the restaurant. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The shop itself is a wonderful place for a hoke about with funny gift ideas and more expensive presents.
  • Has lovely cafe upstairs, and all sorts of other things on the other floors.
  • Sold out on their brand. Quality and price have gone opposite directions steadily since Avoca left Wicklow
