  • This is a large department store. Here if you think everything, however it takes search to find something with a price that actually worth. I found a little guy!

  • We enjoyed wandering around Arnotts, trying not to get lost on the many stairs and escalators. From Basement to top floor it's a friendly shop with a Cafe, clean toilets and a great range of anything ...  more »
  • Wonderful shop has everything you could need at Christmas time, Lots of very helpful staff. A gift wrapping service that the lady at the till brought my shopping to. Really enjoyed shopping here.

  • Very disappointed with the service of men's Ted baker counter. I was looking at the wallets and a female stuff with very long dark curly hair came and ask if I need any help. After I kindly asked the price and told her that I would like a new one, she told me it's the last one on the shelf. And said "what the problem with that?" Well, of course u would prefer to get a new and clean one that didn't get touched by millions of people, wouldn't you? Am I shopping in Pennys? The staffs in Coach are much much better though...
  • I am having tea on the 1st floor. For a Wednesday, it's a pretty decent crowd. I don't actually like shopping, but if you do, this place is a prime example of "Department Store"ishness.
  • A bit expensive store, but they have it all. :) Nice range of gifts and also good range of books and stationary (normal price). Usually they have discounts for bank holiday weekends, so plan your shopping then if you can.
  • A lot of products and brands. Feels a little bit overstuffed. You may need to walk around a lot to find what you're looking for. Seem understaffed in some departments so need to literally shout for help.
  • Dublin's best department store. Great selection of clothes, cosmetics, homeware and furniture under one roof. Fantastic staff and customer service. A Dublin institution.
