  • Very informative and fun! Shane, our guide, was excellent! Unfortunately, we were not able to taste the whiskey because it is not ready, but the gin and vodka tasting was great!
  • Having visited larger distilleries, where really you are just visiting a museum, Dingle Whiskey gave a great insight into the production process right in the heart of the distilling plant. Shane gave ...  read more »
  • We were in a group tour here today. I am really not a hard liquor person, but totally changed my mind after the tour. They presently have both gin and vodka for sale, and the whiskey will be ready in ...  read more »
  • This is fabulous Gin! We bought it at first just because of where it is made but once we opened it up and made a Martini with it-WOW it is great stuff. We are having a hard time finding it in Baltimore, Maryland now-very spotty distribution. Any help with that? Thanks and keep it going!
  • A charming small town distillery offering tours at 1:30p, 3:30p, and 5:30p for 10 euros per adult person (underage free). A charming and funny older gentleman named Joe gives the tour. He shares history of distilling, whisky, taxes, and so much more in a delightful story telling way. You get to walk through the small working distillery and see things up close. Best tour ever! At the end, bonus! You'll get a tasting treat of Vodka and Gin (but not whisky). Don't miss this!
  • It's a new distillery but they make good stuff. It costs 10 Euros to get the tour and the tasting and I think it's worth it.
  • Excellent tour - learned a lot about making distilled spirits. They have a really good gin & vodka (being non-EU citizens, we bought it at duty free to avoid the high Irish tariffs). Looking forward to their whiskey in a year or two, maybe some of it will make it across the pond.
  • Simply original and extremely nice tasting
