  • Very cool!! The guide was awesome and the class was so informative and fun. One of few places you can actually see how the whiskey is made. Very cool, enjoyed it very much and also enjoyed the quaint town of Dingle.
  • Fantastic tour, perfect for our rainy day in dingle. Our guide Joe was very informative and entertaining. Finished off with tasting of their lovely vodka and gin.
  • Visted Distillery today tour guide was brilliant great experience. Would highly recommend.
  • This is a great stopgap for a rainy day in Dingle, it's just at the edge of town, so could easily walk there, and there's parking in the courtyard. It's a very new and obviously small scale distillery, so don't expect to be overwhelmed by the surroundings. However, the host is a great guide and very entertaining company. You get talked through the history of the distillery as well as the method and facilities, and get to walk through the stills of course, with a tasting of either gin or vodka at the end (because they've not been running long, there is no whiskey yet - this should be available from Oct 2016). They don't have a licence to sell their products, but you'll easily find the gin and vodka in any of the supermarkets in Dingle. There's also a small shop on site with some branded clothes and glassware.
  • Fantastic gin. FYI, it is not sold at the distillery but SuperValu down the road carries both the gin and the vodka. Whiskey not expected to be available until October 2016.
