  • If you go to Ireland, you must go to Dingle and enjoy the boats and the water. Be sure to go to Dingle Crystal. Sean is a Master craftsman. My husband and I always go to see Sean and Liz and Shop for Crystal. I bet you didn't know that Sean was a master cutter at Waterford before he went out on his own. His designs are original and absolutely beautiful. You won't go wrong buying Dingle Crystal.
  • When you think about visiting Ireland the first thoughts that come to mind are often green fields, pints of Guinness in pub and crystal. If you are looking to take home a piece of Irish crystal, there is no place better than Dingle Crystal. Sure it does not have the prestige of Waterford but when you buy from Dingle you know that each and every piece is hand crafted by a master who takes pride in his work. Our buying experience was a true joy as the helpful staff told us the origin of each design providing us the guidance to fine the perfect wine glass. When my wife accidently broke her prized treasure and I went online to order a replacement the staff let me know I was ordering a different replacement from the original order and guided me to the correct piece. They even rushed the order to make sure I had it before her birthday. When you buy from Dingle Crystal you are receiving a first class product with outstanding customer service from a true Irish master.
  • We met Sean and enjoyed hearing his history of designing and cutting crystal at Waterford and then on his own. His crystal is gorgeous; what Waterford used to be. If you're in the market for Irish crystal, skip Waterford and check out Dingle Crystal or his brother's Kinsale Crystal. We bought ours from Sean. Nothing better than enjoying a nice Scotch or Irish whiskey in beautiful crystal.
  • Placed an in-store order on 9/22 with a "6-8 week" shipping schedule. It is now 11+ weeks. They have not responded to email requests for information and their listed phone number rings forever with no answer or voicemail.
  • Exquisite craftsmanship! We had a difficult time deciding on the perfect pattern....we loved them all!!! Can't wait to go back to Dingle!!!
