  • Maybe not the most impressive waterfall that you ever in your life will see but well worth the effort to get to. You feel really small if you are between mountain walls towards the waterfall.

  • I was really surprised by how nice this area was. Great view on a clear day. If you like a hike then you will be happy. If you just want to walk up to the falls then there is a nice gravel path thats ...  more »
  • After a short drive in the narrow roads, we reached a car park which is about 1-2 km away from the falls, not difficult to conquer. The falls are nice, not that big, but will serve the purpose and give...  more »

  • If you like getting out in nature this is the spot for you. Man-made path way from the car park to the falls. You can climb up beside it, though I haven't got to the top myself yet. Great spot to take the family including the furry family! 🐕
  • We decided to take a side trip on our way fro Waterford to Kinsale and ended up at Mahon Falls. It was a short walk from the car park up to the falls, maybe 1-2 km. Even with the rain, our adventure provided great views of the valley and a quiet walk away from towns. We only saw one other family while walking and, of coarse, lots of sheep. The autumn colors of low lighting shrubs and grasses dressed the hillside. And the waterfalls themselves were a prize to behold at end of our upward walk. This little hike was very unexpected and so fun.
  • Rugged and beautiful. Climb as high up the falls as you want.
  • This is definitely a must see... beautiful scenery lovely walk to the waterfall you won't be disappointed ...great for picnics or just a chill out time
  • It's a beautiful hike and sight...if we had better weather we would have went further up
