  • One of the most unique stores you'll ever come across. Incredible sense of nostalgia comes over you once you walk in the entrance. Nice place to look around and pick up something interesting. Also has a café inside! Sadly it's only open 3 days a week..
  • Really quirky and nostalgic pieces abound. Great place to get an old tea caddy or vintage clothes. Got a fantastic hand knitted hat of unsurpassed ugliness for a hen night. Score.
  • Very original market, where you can find so many things ! We were here to visit Cork and we were very happy to discover this place
  • Good tunes, nice people, coffee and loads of stuff. Serious record collection too. What else do you want?
  • Vintage place. You can find anything here from old vinyl to old toys. Must see!!

Where to stay in Cork

A destination in and of itself, Cork City has a dense center with plenty of hotels and hostels. Head north of the city center for affordable options like mid-range hotels and guesthouses. From here, you can walk or bike to all of the sights in the heart of the city. If everything is booked, or if you've simply come to explore the city's surrounding nature, check out the campgrounds about ten minutes from the center of town by car. There are also a number of charming bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, and other pensions in the outskirts, which can be a good option if you're using the city as a base for exploring the sights of Cork County.
