  • Such a nice golf course but we were treated like rubbish by the receptionist who thought he was a someone important. Rude and had no manners. It ruined our day out. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!  more »

  • This bar/golf club was comfortable,bright and most importantly. The staff were very nice very helpful. I would go back for the coffee but alas not the scones while I did eat it all.it wasn't great or even good. But the coffee was good. Thank you to the lady who served 5of us this morning. (I did leave a tip always for good service)
  • Course in to notch..greens are immaculate and the grub in the club house is beautiful.
  • Pros: •Great food •Affordable price •Nice seating •Beautiful Scenery, but located 2 min off the dual carriageway •Friendly service Cons •None Perfect place for Sunday dinner.

A destination in and of itself, Cork City has a dense center with plenty of hotels and hostels. Head north of the city center for affordable options like mid-range hotels and guesthouses. From here, you can walk or bike to all of the sights in the heart of the city. If everything is booked, or if you've simply come to explore the city's surrounding nature, check out the campgrounds about ten minutes from the center of town by car.
