The Knockmealdown Mountains is a mountain range located on the border of counties Tipperary and Waterford in Ireland, running east and west between the two counties. The highest peak of the range is Knockmealdown, situated in County Waterford.   • Park at the Vee and you have a choice of two walks or a loop if you have navigation. Great views but choose the weather carefully!  more »
  • To enjoy this area, hardly anyone around, quite challenging on the roads, however, high up in these ranges there is no one else about, definitely worth getting out and enjoying it.  more »
  • The highest mountain is Knockmealdown, situated on the old road crosses the pass between the city of Lismore and Clogheen. Naturalistically talking is a beautiful landscape, but driving.
