  • Excellent place for all the family. There's the elf village, treetop walk, peddle boats, fishing (seasonal ), zip line and numerous beautiful walks through the woods. There's also a craft centre, virtual coalmine tour and restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning with our three children :)
  • Loved that you could walk to your personal fitness level, there is routes for everyone, place is magical especially with elves wood, this place is good for the soul, the craft shops ate lovely and the cafe is rather nice too, I have feat of heights but I want to do zip wire, goung back again next week for another walk
  • Fantastic facility! There are not enough places like this in Ireland. We had a group of kids ranging in age from 2 to 13. The older kids and adults went on the High Ropes and Zipline. These were a tough challenge and a couple of the kids found it too intimidating to move to the top level. All did the zip wire, which was quite a buzz. We didn't know enough about the Tree Top Adventure Walk before-hand, and should have booked that for the 12 year olds and the 8 year old instead. There was even a small ropes course for the smallies to do. We brought a picnic, although there is a restaurant on site. Nice playground and forest walks too. It is a little expensive, but all in all a good day out.
  • Nice centre with playground, cafe, craft shops. Walks around woods and lakes. Some animals. Fairy houses. High ropes courses and long zipline over lakes. Boat hire on lakes. Good fun.
  • Excellent place for adults and kids alike. So many activities from elf villages and forest walks upto coal mine tours, tree top walks & giant zip lines. Con: Fishing lake is now closed but signage needs to be updated to show this.
