Gift & Specialty Shop Shopping
One of the premier manufacturers and retailers of Irish textiles, Blarney Woollen Mills produces Ireland's famous rope-knit sweaters. Other gifts, such as porcelain and linen, are also sold both at the shop and online. But the online store can't offer you the old-fashioned ambiance of the shop and mill. Housed inside a historic brick mill house, the attraction shares the property with a small hotel with ivy-covered walls. While the mill preserves the tradition of Irish crafts, it integrates the latest fashions into its sweater designs. Take a virtual tour of the attraction using the website, or stop by the storefront to browse the racks of well-crafted garments and collectibles. • If you want to buy any sort of sweater this is by far the place to go. The sweaters are almost a given- you have to buy one. Great little shop and I can't wait to go back!  more »
  • This place is great. They have everything wool. The prices were what I expected. I got a beautiful long cardigan. The staff was super nice and helpful.  more »
  • I was appalled at the prices in Blarney Woollen Mills. Blarney is off the beaten track and a captive market and it really would appear that they are reflecting that in their pricing. We have been in a...  more »

  • Great shop, have everything that a tourist need: food, clothes, souvenirs... I always stop here long enough for my groups to have the time to eat at the cafeteria and have time to explore this amazing shop. Definitely worth the extra time!
  • Yes - its a big shop. If you are impressed with shops - this will probably impress you. I am told, one of the largest in Great Britain. For me - ho hum.
  • A quality place to buy Irish woolen products. There is a high selection for everyone and the service is good. Right next door is an excellent place to eat. Don't miss either.
  • The biggest Irish Gift store in the world reasonably priced. They will ship around the world for you for free when you spend €250 or more. A fabulous restaurant with a great menu next door. A tourist attraction so be prepared for the crowds as all the big tour buses call here as do the crowds from the cruise ships.
  • I like how cosy the place is. Very nice staff. The idea of free coffee top up lets you full of coffee.
