  • Can't imagine anyone could not find an amazing taste sensation to suit their palette. Rivals anything you'll buy off the shelf. Smoky berry to banana. Most original authentic flavours.
  • Had beautiful beetroot and vegetable soup and a slice of bread. €6.50 each which was reasonable. However we asked for another 2 slices of bread, (€2) and a very small bottle of water (€2.40) so €17.40...  more »
  • Such a brilliant spot on the drive from Kinvara to Ballyvaughan. The gentleman in the shop/chocolate factory gave us a really eloquent talk on the different type of chocolate they make and the origins...  more »

  • I am only reviewing the factory: It was a nice surprise. The chocolate was not the most amazing I've ever had but was a nice addition to our day trip through the area. I would suggest buying the box of mixed truffles instead of the chocolate bars. Would I go out of my way to come here? No, but when I'm in the area, I will stop by.
  • Truly a diamond in the rough! It's out in the middle of no where but absolutely worth every minute. The story behind the factory, the atmosphere, the chocolate, the food was all more than expected. Being cash as trying to run a card can be difficult with the hole out in the middle of no where but trust me if you love chocolate in all its glory you'll enjoy everything this hole in the wall shop has to offer!
  • This is an AMAZING place!! Set in the most unbelievable place (the burren) this chocolate shop and factory are amazing!!! The chocolate is probably the best I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I even had the chance to talk to one of the founders who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Do not miss this amazing place!!!
  • They have really good chocolate. :D Satisfy your cravings and chocolate thirsty palettes by stopping by this establishment. The parking lot: Can get packed because of all the tourists and tour buses. In the cafe side: Of course we had to try their cacao latte and cacao tea, and ended up being satisfied with our decisions. The food was delicious. But nothing compared to their drinks :D There is a great selection of pastries up front that we did not get a chance to try but looked very tasty and tempting. The credit card reader failed so we had to pay cash for our meal. No big deal. Just an FYI that this things happen sometimes so it is always a great idea to carry cash all the time. The Chocolate store side: Lots and lots of different varieties of chocolate. You can see the lady making the chocolate behind the glass Pretty awesome store. They sell decaf chocolate tea here as well.
  • Gem , but do not forget your 10cent. Bill of 28.10 and was asked if I had the 10cent when hand in 50euro. I said "thought you would give the 10c off" ...no had to hand over an extra 20c and she gave the change..... Not very costumer friendly in my view. Will not be going back in a hurry. Liam.
