  • We had a beautiful and unforgettable afternoon at the flying Eagles, who belonged to my personal highlight of our Ireland tour. Short background information: the holder is emigrated from Germany for about 20 years ago to Ireland, to open an art farm there. Originally the establishment was rather research purposes, now the doors be opened but twice a day due to the interest, including to the bird of prey flight show. In addition to birds of prey and owls, the "EU-Zoo" houses more animals that can be seen, fed and petted. We had actually created us on an approximately one-hour air show. In the end, we were about 3 1/2 hours on the ground. We had the luck to be the only guests with one afternoon in September, and have accordingly by the owner personally received a private show and also private tour. Practical way to german, which has enormously facilitates the understanding. In addition the ability to stroke a raccoon to cuddle with a Fox offered us and much more, to the otherwise not so often get the opportunity in his life. Awesome! I can recommend anyone this facility which has a wonderful attitude to nature. Keep you should not be in addition of the "Untraceableness" of the institution. Persistence if the missing signs worth. Best, one aimed at the coordinates given on the home page.

  • GO. We had some lovely surprises at this rescue centre for birds and animals. The 'show' was very good...it's set in a large comfortable garden with nice old trees and happy animals... expect large low flying birds. Even the many small children in the audience didn't cry or get upset as we waited or listened. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend going.
  • This was an excellent experience with the kids. Loads of birds to see in their roosts. The demonstration show had 5-6 birds of prey presented by a very knowledgeable and funny host. The kids got a chance to hold an owl on their arm. The petting zoo had a lot of pigs, goats, rabbits and assortment of other animals. They had a fox and raccoon brought ought to view and feed. They also had lizards and snakes. We will definitely go back.
  • A great show. The birds are amazing. They also have a great variety of animals which are very tame, miniature ponies, raccoon, fox, rabbits, black pigs not to mention ferrets, ducks, chickens of all varieties, peacocks etc, etc. A great treat for kids, but adults as well.
  • Amazing place to learn about birds of prey. First and foremost a research facility, birds are well looked after and not forced to perform for visitors. Employees seem to have a good relationship with the birds and convey a message of understanding and respect for them.
  • Good for families with small children. Great variety of animals. Interactive show with the birds of prey.
