It was too foggy to see much on the Skellig Ring the day we drove it, but the free samples and friendly service at Skelligs Chocolate made the drive worth it. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but this stuff is so good I wanted to take home a suitcase full of it! A must-visit if you're out that way.
Loved this place! Stopped in on a whim as we were driving through the countryside. Well worth the stoo!
Fantastic place! Situated in the beautiful St. Finian's Bay we enjoyed our hot chocolate and orange brittle and the amazing view to the Skelligs. The chocolates are to die for!
A wonderful atmosphere, and we were greeted by a very friendly lady who whisked us away to the tasting station. The truffles were decadent, the cafe food was delicious, and my wife finally got her hands on a beautiful chocolate shoe. The scenery surrounding the chocolate factory was splendid as well. Plenty of parking too.
While I consider it lesser than Hazel Mountain because Hazel Mountain start from raw cocoa beans, you can still get some very interesting and good chocolate and you also get a free tasting just for stepping inside.
