  • We visited this little museum because of other TripAdvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. There were three generations of us, and we all got something different from it. My teenager was amazed with how different life was in 'the past', and compared many things she found with modern day equivalents. I found many things familiar from growing up in the 70s and 80s - some things we had and used at home, and others that older relatives had in theirs. For my parent, it was a real trip down memory lane. There was such a large collection of various things, all carefully collected and grouped by Charlie, and his love and pleasure was clear as he added titbits of fascinating information at pertinent moments around the exhibits. We all enjoyed our visit, and talked afterwards about many of the things we had spotted during our visit - including the asthma cigarettes! A wonderful couple of hours, and highly recommended.
