Where to stay in Tehran

The northern districts of Tehran possess a more suburban, cosmopolitan feel, and a more spacious form, with a number of accommodations geared towards international tourism. Luxury hotels with pools overlooking the parks sit alongside some more basic and humble offerings, usually located on the lesser side streets. The southern districts offer a livelier experience, where guesthouses, hostels, and simple hotels line the confusing bundle of winding streets. Of course, some areas of the south open up a little, and here you'll find a good number of standard and mid-range hotels with varying levels of amenities.

  • Here is a nice historical garden for about 200 years ago where you can walk around and have some thing to drink (non alcoholic beverages) in addition to the opportunity for visiting a painting museum.
  • This Gajar palace is located in a crowded part of Tehran. But when you enter to this garden, you find a nice scape from that crowded environment. Occasionally, art exhibitions are held in this place.
  • It's a nice Iranian garden. I extremely recommend this place to visit to all tourists.
  • Best Drinks (traditional healthy drinks) Very beautiful special museum
  • Lovely sightseeing with a picturesque garden and a decent museum of Iranian contemporary fine arts
