  • When I saw the Guide to be honest so much and not try to go, look, conveyed that greatness. Say, turn the water wheel in water using the head and just pay admission to see Connecting the shaft to the millstone rice or flour, ground wheat, also a glass, powder and use design, that. 3rd century were doing this alone, huh, is this system as well as a view from the bridge, make a start at a few hundred metres upstream and the ground water from the River (pedagogically Roman people have been attacked in the region, and Roman and Persian people made power) Only visible from the bridge (I forgot the percentage), and calculated its waterways also in what proportion flowing water from the river is what is not everything. Houses in this area at that time are all connected by an underground passage, which leads to the nearby castle, also up waterways leading to the dam from the House to dig in, in the House as a cooling system using water was like, so could spend a cool summer. Get to see because its remains would go to the restaurant next door (entrance is shaped like a half-basement a little complicated in May). So I recommend that you go to visit this shop and away from the River to irrigate about (good pastoral at the bridge) to and Arab forces as the moat, plays the part of the city as it's just a huge system (was I) from double play a big role in protecting the city, I'd say that I tried to find structures with a triple feature is.

  • Stunning ancient architectural complex. Shushtar is well worth a visit, still feels it's off the beaten track despite its 12 UNESCO listings
  • It's unique. It's wonderful. And it's awesome. It was built by the Sassanian emperor Shapur I. It's a hydraulic system. So everywhere you go you will see waters and waters. The place is so glorious. You can see buildings, historical houses surrounding that place. It's like a place with many artificial waterfalls. Enjoy it and relax.
  • ancient Persian complex. such an amazing complex!
  • wow! everyone must visit this site built by roman soldiers taken as prisoners by Shapur I around 250BCE as it is breathtaking
  • A great place to express the originality, roots and rich culture of this land, I would like to see this work and the rest of Shooshtar's work to all Iranian and foreign tourists.
