4.5/5 based on 75+ reviews on the web
The lion and sun on the royal emblem greet visitors to Qavam House, where you get a sense of the powerful elegance of the Qavam family. The traditional house received its finishing touches in 1886 by designer Mirza Ibrahim Han who was inspired by the Victorian era. Admire the lush paintings on the low ceilings and get a peek at 19th century aristocratic life. You can escape the heat of the sun in the lush gardens in the courtyard and walk among the palms and flowers.
