4.1/5 based on 45+ reviews on the web
In the peaceful atmosphere of a lush garden, see the relics of a monarch at Nadir Shah Afshar's Tomb. Nestled in the middle of the second most populous city in Iran, you can suddenly find yourself away from the rush in a calm green oasis. Enter the stone building where the ruler’s body is buried, which also serves a museum displaying documents and artifacts from the 18th century, the period of his rule. Atop the museum and tomb building stands an equestrian statue depicting the Shah holding an axe, the work of renowned Iranian sculptor Abolhassan Sadighi. • This is a scandal, to be so mediocre attraction claimed 150.000 IRR. Do not know what a miracle this tomb has such a high rating. In the middle of nothing. I repeat: in the middle is not anything interesting. Give you peace of mind, do not go there, go for ice cream or coffee. Better to put into practice their own money. I feel ripped off after visiting this place.
