  • Amazing cultural park! The wind blows so hard. Good place for taking a photo or for relaxing. Even if the holiday comes, this place gets really busy. And the route to the central statue, you must get up stairs and stairs! And for the cost, 100k for domestic adult, 60k for domestic child. And 100k for foreign adult and child. Excellent!
  • You will be presented with traditional and historical dance with amazing statue. You have to bring more water or you will be drained and exhausting as long your journey, but if you have lot of budget take it easy there are mineral water available there with little bit over price. If you have plan to go in the weekend you have to be ready with crowded. Cheers 😀
  • Good place to visit if you love temples. They are in process of making the highest sculpture of Lord Vishnu and Garuna. The place is still in making but worth a visit
  • Don't waste your money. When I came here they told me one part was closed, but that the ticket price remained the same at 100,000 rupiah. It turned out that this one place was the majority of the ticketed are and other adjacent parts were also closed. This meant you could only see the main statue from the side. Very expensive for what it is, considering the huge number of religious and cultural artifacts in Bali you can see for free. I can think of at least three roundabouts in south Bali that were more impressive.
  • I didnt like for being here. The statue is made of a fibre glass and not rock. The only thing that was awesome was the natural rocks surrounding the area.

Where to stay in Ungasan

Ungasan has a number of luxury villas and resorts, but not much by way of affordable accommodations for the shoestring traveler. Staying in Ungasan is gaining in popularity due to the relatively untouched white sandy beaches, panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, and generally laid-back atmosphere. Located close to golf courses, the town's best beaches, and the airport, the self-contained villas here represent a degree of opulence, yet may also be the most independent jumping-off points for exploring the island and town.
