This is a must see. Once you get there, it's quite a walk, but the walk is amazingly beautiful. The Dream runs down the mountain as your walking up. Several home stays along the way. Once you get to t... more »
The waterfall is amazing. But the way to get there is also very impressive. You can find a lot of plants on the way, like coconut, kakao, banana, and soon. We had a bath there, so bring your swimsuit! more »
One of the easier to access of Bali's waterfalls and truly stunning...an absolute must see if you are in northern bali and worth considering if you're not more »
Beautiful waterfall. The way to go is an adventure on his own. Really nice trekking. Be aware your feet will get wet. You dont need trekking shoes.
We walked up to this waterfall a couple of times when we were staying in Tembok. There is good signage from the main road so the waterfall is easy to find. It was 20,000B per person to get access, you just pay at the local store in the carpark before walking up. The path up is fine, it's concrete paved most of the way and the jungle gardens are really pretty. The waterfall itself is really refreshing. I would recommend making the stop. For the walk up to the waterfall and a dip in the waterfall you probably need an hour.
Take your time and enjoy already the way up, not rushing through to the Waterfall. So much to explore all around ;) Beautiful, scenic spot. Less "wow!" "Mega cool" but anyway totally worth it if you are willing to take your time. Btw, it's by far the most clean nature sight spot in Indonesia I have seen so far. Keep it that way! All rubish into provided bins or even better, bring it down the same way you brought it. Thx from all who come after you! ;)
Beautiful, we came here more than once
Great waterfalls! The hike up to the waterfalls can be a bit exhausting but it's well worth it! On the way there are 2-3 little warungs where to get cold drinks, fresh young coconuts and snacks.
