Jatiluwih Green Land, Tabanan

(4.6/5 based on 1,300+ reviews on the web)
Experience extensive views of a UNESCO-designated Cultural Landscape at Jatiluwih Green Land. Terraced rice fields cut smooth contours across the hilly region, while dotted palm trees add to the nature of the scenery. Take a stroll through the landscape and admire the traditional irrigation system still used by the farmers here. As a protected area, the panorama remains largely unspoiled despite its popularity. Be sure to bring your camera to capture this quintessentially Indonesian view. Jatiluwih Green Land is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our world travel planner, Tabanan Edition.

  • We went to Jatiluwih based on reviews but were a bit disappointed. We paid IDR 40000 per person. That's a very steep fee to see rice field.  40k fee is a rip-off. We had a private driver he first stop...  more »
  • Beautiful-Yes! Many snakes! Overall this is a stop on the 15-20 min if follow the larger object. Specifically here makes no sense to go.

  • That's a postal card view. Rice plantations all around and a hike among it. With a clear weather it's a great ballad. April is the best month to visit the fields as the rice leaves are long and green....  more »
