  • If you've never seen monkeys then this is the opportunity, you can also enjoy behind a small paved road for walking around the rice fields, all with a magnificent view of the volcanoes... problem people alantour are not very pleasant and sometimes forget to make money... it is the stronghold of the gang of thugs... that!

  • There is nothing much to see except monkeys. There is a tiny temple somewhere, but you cannot go there. There is some forest nearby, but you cannot go there. You walk around a small territory with man...  more »
  • I do not recommend this place. The monkeys are free, but most looked at the stick that held the guide when we approached them. You can also take pictures with bats (we only did not) that seemed unusually quiet despite the many tourists and when I asked our guide if they were free, she said yes and they are locked at night in cages! At the end of the tour, the guide wanted to force us to buy something in his shop and insisted heavily despite our refusal. Not terrible so and not worth the detour.

  • Monkey forest, located at Kukuh Village, about 50 minute from Denpasar. You will see a lot of monkey there. Becarefull with your belonging because the monkey are playfull and like to steal stuff.
  • love and interesting place. get a tour package including this place, taman ayun, and also tanah lot in the afternoon. it's near by
  • If you are intested to see Fruit dogs and Phyton than I suggest you to vidit this place Compulsory you need to take a guide with you, who is working in this place. Afterwards this guide will ask you to join her shop and she will expect you to buy something. Be carefully
  • Monkeys and bats are awesome. Really friendly but very cheeky and like to steal your stuff. In true Indonesian style the shopkeepers make you feel horrible for not buying their inexpensive trinkets.
  • Tame and frindly monkeys, as long not disturb them, buy some food or fruit to feeding them. And dont touch them, the local guide will assist you to look around the forest
