  • Shame It's blown up to a tourism attraction! Nice to see how they live, but Every corner they sell sarongs and bracelet. If you look good you see It's made in a factory and not by hand. Costs much much more tegen in the city.
  • It is regarded as a traditional village that well know with its weaving cloth, but in fact most of its clothing products made not from the village. Most of the cloth that they made-us-think they made are came from Bali, Java and even China. Overall, It is really nice ambiences, some part of the village are clean but somehow the village is not natural, now it feels like it has already changing toward tourism businesses not as a weaving village. I notice that when you come and communicate with the villagers, not many of them practicing the same custom anymore. Hopefully they preserve their heritage and keep making sasak weaved-clothing.
  • It's a traditional vllage of Sasak tribe. They produce craftings and shawls to the tourist. This place is nearby the airport, might be an hour driving. As the famous tourist destination, it has its all
  • Nice village with 150 buildings and 700 people living there. Unfortunately it becomes more and more a tourist attraction. Trying to sell you sarongs and bracelets at every corner. You can't enter the village without a guide, which was okay, since you get a lot of informations. Very good for taking pictures but annoying if you don't plan to buy anything. You can visit Ende Village 5 min Scooter 🛵 ride away. Smaller than Sade, but same buildings.
  • Guide friendly but not honest, souvenir there price x5 from the market, they don't put the price on product and they said by them self, they cheating, price should be improve. I buy some traditional product there with rp 300k (they said 500k is the best one), but when I arrived city the price only rp 120k it's the second product, most product are from China not make by the village. From my experience if you look to buy some souvenir in lombok buy at shop in city is better. I like the stories of the village so much, when I visited there first day of arrived lombok.
