  • I am afraid of heights but this was too good to miss out on. The stairs were challenging. There are now wooden rails on “most” of the stairs. The beach was worth it. Very secluded and beautiful. The road to get there was tricky, I recommend it only for experience scooter drivers
  • Amazing
  • Beach is nice but very lonesome. Its not a place to stay a day but more to visit, take pictures, maybe a swim and then go back. Sun is there shortly.
  • Nice beach away from the crowded, more popular beaches in Nusa Penida. At one point, we were the only ones on the beach. There are stairs all the way down to the beach but the ascent requires some good physical condition. And the food from the warung at the top was delicious.
  • One of the best beaches on Nusa Penida - stunning cliffs and water but hardly anyone goes there. Important to note that you can only go around low tide (a few hours either side is fine) as at high tide there's not really any beach and you can get over the rocks at the bottom of the staircase. The road to this beach is all new smooth tarmac (as of June 2022) and the drive is very easy. Don't believe the other reviews that say it's a rough drive. At the parking area there's also a little warung run by a very sweet lady, and having a fresh coconut after climbing the stairs back up is just wonderful!
