  • The small peninsula has Nirwana grounds all intact. From the sea regular activities such as Jet-skiing, canoeing, boating, horseback riding, statue, bungee, boring, why here? Well I think that activity. Both the restaurant and the beach and dotted with some premises, particularly restaurant and bar is the best.

  • A once in a lifetime experience: he does an itinerary in the jungle rainforest, elephant rides, with the Guide. Pets are tame, there is no danger, all right for children from 8 years of age, photographs are the guides with your phone or tablet or cameras. Lasted about half an hour: protect skin for mosquitoes!

  • Got cheated, as they failed to return deposit despite repeated emails! A friend and I stayed at the hotel in September, and when we checked in, we were asked to use a credit card to put a deposit of 2million rupiah (slightly more than SGD200). As we used the hotel's facilities, we paid for the services using cash, preferring not to use the deposit. (And we didn't take the food or drinks in the fridge.) When we checked out, the receptionist told us that they would refund the deposit to us. But two months later, the deposit has not yet been returned! I have sent emails to remind them at least twice, but they either gave me a holding reply that they would process the refund or simply ignored my emails. And till now, I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THAT MONEY BACK! If you intend to stay Nirwana Gardens, do note this scam and don't let them cheat your money!
  • Nirwana resort hotel is one of the best resorts in Bintan. The facilities and service provided in resort is amazing and the best part of it is buffet breakfast and dinner. The variety of food offered makes you confuses what to eat and what not to eat!
  • Second time in this resort. The room are spacious, the garden well maintained. The beach is very attractive but unfortunately there was a oil leak few weeks before :( We still had a go and swam to the small island 600m away ... There is a beach volley ball court We had lunch at the cafe, good not more. The pool is nice, the pool bar is a joke. Don't take cocktail, stick to basic like beer. They use almost no alcohol in the cocktail and put some flavouring syrup that makes them difficult to finish ( first time I didn't finish a pinacolada)
  • The place is very very beautiful.. the pool and the beach is very attractive 😁 but the location is too far if reached by car :( Also the price of food and other stuffs there are extremely expensive in Rupiahs. Maybe they make it based on dollars, but seriously, for Indonesian, never buy foods or snacks there. Even a 1.5 litre water cost Rp. 30.000/bottle 😧 Nasi Goreng is Rp. 198.000, Nasi putih, emping crackers (little bit), vegetables (little bit) and french fries cost Rp 180.000 :((( I'm very disappointed bcs of that. But what i love is the views there and the weather is very nice there. The water at the beach is very clear and the sand is white yet soft and hard. I think what is the most attractive thing taht attracted many tourists is the Views. The hotel is nice and quite normal size.. I enjoy having a holiday there ☺
  • You must not choose this hotel. It is our worst experience ever. Food is awful, hotel is dirty, room are dirty - cockroach included, there is dust all over. Stuff only pay attention when they can charge you additional cost. They even changed conditions we agreed on-line. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
