Batu Belig Beach, Kerobokan

3.8
#1 of 14 in Outdoors in Kerobokan
Head to Batu Belig Beach to relax on the sand, sip a cool beer or refreshing cocktail, and savor some simple but tasty Indonesian cooking. Take advantage of the area's warungs--small family-run food vendors--operating on the wide sandy strip. Strong waves make the sea ideal for surfers, but not suitable for inexperienced swimmers. • Relaxing beach within walking distance from Potato Head. It's a great place to watch the sunset and just chill out.  more »
  • Because this is a lot of visitors to the beach before. So you can see a lot of rubbish left on the beach. There is no good plan for the week. See many old inverted buildings. If the government or nearby restaurants can be sorted out. will be more perfect!

  • For sure, amazing sunset and wave! Nice place to hang out and chill. The beach offers super view of fabulous wave. It's like watching a show of wave by the mother earth. Lots of people bring their dogs for walk so watch out the sands when you want to sit :) it's also fun for jogging. Cheap and little bar offers fun music.
  • A less crowded beach than any other more popular beaches in Bali. Decent beach and still clean enough. Within walking distance if staying in Seminyak Area. Perfect for strolling in the afternoon then head out for one of the many good resto on Jalan Batu Belig. During our stay in Seminyak we will usually come to this beach in the afternoon. Other beach that are still less crowded in the area is Petitenget beach.
  • This place offer tranquil and comfort, best time to visit this beach is around 4 pm - 6 pm o'clock, don't forget to buy smoked corn and beer. one of the best sunset viewing place in Bali.
  • It's just a road literally ending at the beach, really! Batu Belig Street was a tiny but long rural like street between rice paddies, connecting noisy and always 'happening' Petitenget street to the beach and nearby Canggu area, ephervescently turning slightly wider with new layer of pavement and sidewalks added, slightly more colourful and populated in the recent, say, 5 years, when buildings kept popping up like mushrooms after raining, stealing 'gently' from the beauty of the paddies but adding, undoubtedly, to the now vividness and full blossom of the area, meanwhile turned quite popular. Batu Belig Beach is just a beach... under its nature given form and presentation. Trust rests that it remains like that for many years to come without to much man interference. Enjoy the waves! (Photos from yesterday's rainy season like look).
  • One of the place that you still can consider visit despite to the population and a bit clean from the other places. Different environment.
