Bali Pulina Agro Tourism, Gianyar
(4.3/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web)
At Bali Pulina Agro Tourism, discover how to harvest, roast, and prepare kopi luwak--the famous (or infamous) beverage made from coffee cherries partially digested by the Asian palm civet, known locally as the luwak. See each step in the production process, including the luwaks themselves, before sampling the prized coffee. If the thought of drinking something that has already been eaten once puts you off, you can always enjoy a sweet tea instead. The wooden viewing platform where you enjoy your hot drink provides sweeping views of the neighboring terraces of rice paddies. • We visited is coffee plantation where explained us the process of coffee Kopi Luwak. The environment is wonderful, lush and well maintained, and they have a terrace with views of the rice fields so you can enjoy coffee. They gave us to test several teas and coffees, which were delicious. A highly recommended to enjoy the coffee tour and the beauty of Bali.

  • A nice place with a scenic view. But can be quite hot on an average day. The steps to the rice terraces can be quite dangerous for kids or old people, so do take extra precautions.
