Cave
Explore the dark insides of this cave while immersing yourself in the sounds of Bat Cave. this cavernous structure. Remember to bring a torch to visit this cavernous structure, as very little natural light enters the cave and you will need one to make the most of the experience. The cave is a 20-minute walk from the city center, via a 2 km (1.2 mi) path through forest and rubber plantations. Be sure to bring plenty of water for the trek and wear sturdy shoes; walking the distance can get very hot. • The bat cave was not very special when we visited it. It needs some climbing to get into the cave. There you see bats at the ceiling and flying around. Also big centipedes.  more »
  • Speaking for myself - I only got to the first of 3 'rooms', and plan to return when I'm a bit better equipped for caving - due to continuous rain and 100% humidity on the day I went, I had difficulty ...  more »
  • Many caves but the bat cave was not lit and there were no tourists. So therefore special. Take own torch and, it is a little climb, but well worth the effort.
