Floating Market Lembang, Bandung
Categories: Gift & Specialty Shops, Shopping
Experience a quintessentially Southeast Asian sight at Floating Market Lembang. More of a tourist attraction than a local market, this lakeside shopping area has a lively feel, with vendors on individual boats floating across the waters to make a sale. What it lacks in authenticity, it more than makes up for in taste--the market represents a great place for a sit-down lunch, or a trip through the diverse local cuisine as you go from stall to stall on a hired boat. With various entertaining diversion for kids—including a petting zoo—the market offers a comfortable place for a family day out. Great place for family, best place taking photo. Some attraction like playing with rabbits, riding paddle boat, feeding fish, feeding duck, and many more. The main theme is the Floating Market, where there are many boat floating at the side of the lake selling food. Most of the food are tasted so so. You have to buy coin first to buy the food and you cannot refund the coin. Over all it's a good place to hang out with family, friends, or girlfriend 😆

Very nice, clean n beautiful place. They lots of local food Verity's there. You can have them in a floating table. There is a covered place with lots of rabbits n you can feed them ( u have to pay small amount). Train miniature is also good. You can see some million year old tree fossils there. If you are visiting Tangkuban Perahu , this should ne one stop on the way.
Expensive. Dirty. Taste bad. Nice view. Came with with 5 other friends and we buy tutut, mendoan, rujak, pecel, tahu petis, syomai, kwetiaw. All tastes like crap except tutut (snail). Kwetiaw taste like a plastic. Tahu petis taste like it's almost gone spoiled. Pecel and syomai taste like it's already spoiled. All the drinks are expensive at Rp 20k. Especially considering it was served in tiny paper glass. They also taste bad. Sunkist taste like cheap syrup! Oh! Have I said that it's bloody expensive? You also forced to buy "tokens" that cannot be refunded. Westlake at Yogyakarta is much better. Not only it has proper delicious food, but also really nice view with clean place.
Heavy traffic jam, too crowded for weekend getaway, food much too expensive, handicraft nice but again, over priced Scenery okay good for taking photos, food variety okay but some food stalls do have long line of waiting, seating No wheelchair acess capacity limited on holidays or weekend Suggestions: visit on weekdays, more quiet, less waiting line

My family and I used to come to this spot for fishing (Situ Uma). We missed our fishing, but the change was kind of inevitable, they turned it to a nice place for kids and family. Lots of traditional Sundanese foods offered, and good choices of family activities too.
