  • this structure was an old temple. the architecture in this pace is really amazing and the whole temple is build on a base which is raised from 1m above the ground and it is lord Shiva's temple... its a pretty good place to visit.
  • A historic stone carved temple, with intricate artwork sculpted onto every surface. It's lost parts are currently being reconstructed. A nice place to visit if you're in Warangal. Photography is prohibited. There's also a tank located inside the premises, which houses many turtles.
  • Visited with family here. It has a very peaceful vibe, and the fine architecture is mind-blowing. It took more than 78 years to construct, and has been standing for nearly 930 years. It's been looted by Khilji and his troops, but the temple still stands and is worth the long drive from Hyderabad.
  • Famous 1000 pillar temple. Intricate works and carvings. Hindu temple built during kakatiya dynasty. We visited during xmas holidays. So the place was too crowded with tourists and school children. And couldn't enjoy it. Since it is a temple, footwear is not allowed inside. And better wear conservative dress while visiting.
  • What a marvellous architecture...!! I simply can't explain the temple. Such an amazing experience watching this place
