  • We spent a very good time with Kadeer, exchange a lot about different subject (India, France, ...). Moreover, he speaks very well French, who is very pleasant. Quality products are excellent and rare,...  more »
  • Kadeer of small store looks from the outside not very special but it is home to some small treasures, which he sold at a really reasonable price. His expertise and knowledge of its product is exceeded only by his kindness. I have him not only unique souvenirs but also a helpful friend. Without him, my Rajasthanreise would have been certainly much more expensive and exhausting. Thank you so much Kadeer!

  • Dealers in India are often so one thing... many travel on my by India I met many charming liar. But in udaipur I met abdul kadir, a so congratulations dealers from passion, which immediately captured me with his discreet and competent way for themselves! Bargaining - sure, but always with pleasure and in fair, frame, chai of the neighbouring chaishop always included. K's merchandise is also particularly good, the fine pashminas and kashmjr scarves are no material mixed cheap goods, but carefully selected quality, the beautiful baumwoll-and viscose shawls and scarves are orgiginell and high quality. A visit worth it (again) of the small, fine shops, sometimes just for the interesting chat running English or French (Kadir has lived many years in France and worked), or also, Boulder a few hindi to learn, and something about the wonderful landscape around udaipur to know.., I look forward to my next visit!

  • Such excellent place s.naaz art emporium . Such lovelly pasmina etc. and the boss such lovelly man . Thanks alot for all your time mr.a.k. Boss
  • Fantastic owner and beautiful shawls! We were offered tea and coffee while we sat and looked through the great quality shawls and talk about indian culture.
  • This slightly out of the way place has the best deals on silks and other wonderful items. Just go down to the river front between the footbridge and the traffic bridge. The most friendly proprietor will greet you at the door and introduce you to his great variety at great prices. Hurry on down! I got the best treatment of any shop I've visited in India! -James (USA)
  • Great little space with a great range of product. Kadeer is a enthusiastic salesman with a knack for making you feel welcome and not pushed into a purchase. He also offers fantastic prices on top quality product. We showed our purchases to several other locals and they all agreed with had a great price with top quality. I highly recommend this place. It will be even better when he gets his European coffee machine!
  • I've been traveling all over India and never found a perfect match like this: the scarfs are of an outstanding quality and the prices are incredible. In addition to that, the owner is a very lovely person with whom you can have a nice chat and chai while browsing through the wide choice of scarfs. If you're planning to buy a scarf, do it here! This guy really knows what he is selling and he knows what suits you
