  • Our guide - a man of great local knowledge - brought us to this very significant place where over the last 350 years 250 cenotaphs have been built by the maharajas of Mewar to commemorate their famili...  more »
  • Long attributed to the driver where we want to get into. And photos from the Internet have shown and explained ... When he brought us .... in the Museum. Entry 100 rupees per person. We thought that the entrance to the Ahar Cenotaphs through the Museum and ... made a mistake. The Museum is nothing. Know and go free, money thrown away for nothing, and that's Super cenotaphs. They immediately around the corner from the Museum are located. Admission free. True when entering any personality say that for the photo you want to pay, but it's a divorce of clean water. Went a little further from them and take pictures. Note that the cenotaphs are divided into two groups, surrounded by a fence. But one group and another can be viewed free of charge. If reluctance to return to the car go into the right corner from the entrance and there is a transition to the second group of cenotaphs. I even liked it more than the first. When you're all alone go between tombs, which are hundreds of years old, shivers penetrates. Definitely recommend to visit.
