Visit Chetak Smarak, a memorial symbolising the incredible bond that can develop between man and animal. Famed steed Chetak helped Indian ruler Maharana Pratap escape from the Battle of Haldighati; reportedly, the horse died at the exact place where the monument now stands. Head to the small museum dedicated to the historic battle, where you can learn more about the relationship between Chetak and his master. Bring a camera along to capture the great views. Chetak was the name of Maharana Pratap's favourite horse. THis is a junction where the statue is located, in memory of this horse.
It's a statue on a hill with nice views down. For the locals more important then for the Tourist, but nice to have seen it
