  • It's a lovely place After visiting Tirumala Balaji temple (Lord vishnu) you must have to go to Sri padmavati Ammavari temple You can get bus from Tirumala bus stop
  • Alamelu Mangapuram also known as Tiruchanur is located on the outskirts of Tirupati and 30 Km from Tirumala. Temple is named after the Goddess Padmavati also called as Alamelu Manga. The temple is devoted to the Goddess Padmavathi, the consort of Sri Venkateswara Swamy. It is said that, Tiruchanoor Alamelu Mangapuram temple needs to be compulsorily visited and paid homage, as the Tirupati Darshan gains total fruition only through the blessings from Goddess Padmavathi.
  • People from all walks of life and various corners in the world visit to Tirumala to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara Swamy. Pilgrimage to Tirupati is incomplete without a visit to Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple at Trichanoor. Sri Padmavati is the divine consort of Lord Venkateswara. As Goddess Padmavati, a manifestation of Goddess Mahalakshmi had risen from Padama mean lotus flower. Goddess Lakshmi gave darshan to Lord Venkateswara on a red Lotus flower in Padma sarovar lake at Tiruchanoor after His deep penance for twelve years. Trichanoor is also called Alivelumanga Puram is just five kilometers away from Tirupati.
  • Very crowded especially at the entrance. Needs to be better organised. But very good darshan within 1 hour.
  • Nice to see godess Padmavathi ammavaaru But better to go with 100rupees ticket to save 2 to 3 hours...
