Visit Kapila Theertham, a famous Saivite Temple and Theertham standing by the entrance to the Tirumala hills mountain cave.   • As for mythological story, A great saint who lives at deep earth ( Pathala lokam) established lord shiva in Linga Perfomed Pooja daily...Miraculously the linga Form of lord shiva started growing day by day ✨ and at last reached earth surface ( Present where we live now) . As always Lord vishnu and Lord Bhrama decided if we won't stop ✋ these then Mahadev Erupte From surface land to sky... So they made a plan & incarnated vishnu dev like ( farmer) and Lord Bhrama ( cow 🐮) Went nearer to linga and Performed Abhishekam with MILK and asked Shiva to stop further Evoluing, Merciful shiva smiled and Blessed....So these Place named after Great saint Kapila.
