  • Its an awesome place if you want a great holiday location. The route towards the waterfalls, the ride is something you would enjoy a lot. Moreover once you reached the main location you need to go for a climb and then you would see this amazing waterfalls. The place also serves as a great location for shooting movies. If you want to have private places where you can go as a family and enjoy all you need to do is drive a little more further and you would see a number of wonderful resorts where they have access to private space where you can go and immerse yourself in those flowing waters.
  • We had a day to spare before flying home so we decided to get a cab to these falls. Very happy we did. It was an hour and a half from our hotel Saj Earth, near the airport. We went on a Saturday so it may have been busier than usual, but there was still plenty of space around for everyone. Lots of people enjoying the cooling upper falls, but the best view is from the bottom. There is a stone path the whole way which is very easy to navigate in the dry. Sandals are fine. There are a couple of kiosks above the falls selling a selection of snacks and cold water for 20rupees (about 30p). Entrance fee is 100rupees for foreigners plus 20rupees for a camera. Some falls have little water in January but these were great. I can only imagine how amazing they would be in the wet season. Beware the monkeys who have no fear will steal your belongings if you are not wary. Taxi there and back, including 2 hours waiting, was 1900rupees.
  • Fearless waterfall in the middle of pine Forests in Kerala. Very beautiful falls to visit. The activity will take around 4-5hrs. Very much suitable for all age groups. They do have toilets and small cafe for quick bites. They have guards to watch out people's safety wherever necessary. The waterfalls are majestic and very beautiful to look at.
  • Awesome place, on the way we can visit lots of other places, entry is done by fee. We can see stone paved roads and we can walk and can site on the benches provided by authority. But beware of monkeys they will come and take our assets, so be careful. And don't give our food to them, that will destroy their digestive system. We can go to the lower side of water fall, also to the top, but the lower side is more beautiful. We can take bath, swim but should be in a alert mood.
  • Truly a marvel of nature. No words can truly describe it's ethereal beauty. The famous shooting spot for countless film classics. It's a must visit place. Best time to visit is during monsoon. During monsoon, the sound of thousands of gallons of water crashing against the rocks, gives you the chills. And as always stay safe. Don't wander off into the deep, and obey the guards. Visit to this place during summer is a waste if time.
