Thanjavur Royal Palace and Art Gallery fascinates for its immaculate cascade architecture and numerous historical relics. Seven different sections display artifacts demonstrating the lavish lifestyle of various royal families, and you’ll need different tickets to visit them all. See the mind-blowing Durbar hall--a multi-columned hall painted in vibrant natural colors and ornately decorated from top to bottom. Visit Saraswati library, which holds an extensive collection of books and manuscripts about Indian plants and animals, world atlases, medieval books, and many others. You can also admire intriguing Chola sculptures in bronze and stone, but the real highlight sits near the tower: the massive skeleton of a whale. • Nice place and good collection. Worth visiting. Its not maintained well, infact that's the case with most of the historical places in India.
  • I liked the architecture of this Palace had to be beautiful and is full of works of Hindu bronze patio Art Museum presents stone sculptures and then have the library beside the school and another Museum where more e there are cultures of stone. It is a pity that the stage is so damaged and of course everything is very dirty. You can find artworks buried in dust and dirt, but so are things. The truth that in this area there is much to see so q If you have time to visit it.
