Sinquerim Beach, Sinquerim

4.3
#15 of 108 in Outdoors in Goa
Sinquerim Beach offers all the convenience and beauty you could desire in a coastal attraction. Restaurants and refreshment shacks line the sand, in addition to water sport vendors offering jet-ski and parasailing opportunities. The water is calm enough for children and weak swimmers, and the clean shoreline remains typically less crowded than other beaches in the area. Stay late enough to enjoy the sunset, as the location provides a picturesque view. You can access the beach directly from the road and bus stops. • One of the few beaches which hasn't seen the rowdy explosion yet. Mostly frequented by foreign tourists, the beach has a full time lifeguard and a lot of shacks to satisfy your taste buds.  more »

  • It's a beach having one of the accesses from Fort. The remnant of fort structure gives beautiful view of sea. People prefer fishing using Hooks. But the access to fishing place from other side of fort or from sea. The beach is not so much crowded when compared to Calangute. Water sports are available.
  • Its a wonderful place and water are clean which are maintained beautifully. They are many water rides like Banana ride,Penguin Ride and Boating with Moderate Prices starting from 1000 to 4000.The Location is most Beautiful with good scenary for photo shoots and its looks like a Island. Many Stores are located nearby the beach. Its Nice Place to Visit with Family and friends. Its also a Cinema Shooting Spot for many movies.
  • Awesome place. Not very crowded. You can enjoy water sports too. Nice place to chill out. No beach shacks or not much food options.
  • The place is fabulous. You can find lots of shacks and water sports but beware of the water sports assistants, they would take you to middle of the sea & ask for extra tips. You can't avoid it, so better be prepared with some extra bucks.
  • There are many problems with the beach like parking, no public transport facility, no proper roads etc... But I loved this beach and in my opininon it is the best beach in North Goa because it is very clean and not too much crowded. Water sports activities are available. Beach is very quite. Every tourist must visit the beach and spent some time there.

Where to stay in Goa

One of the more affordable regions for staying in India, Goa offers a good range of sleeping options, from budget to luxurious. Visitors looking for that feeling of home away from home can explore rental apartments, which offer more space than a hotel room and often come with fully equipped kitchens. Look for an apartment in Oxel or Siolim, peaceful villages with gated communities and a range of facilities. Beach houses and private villas offer an alternative for those with deeper pockets, while beach huts/shacks work well for budget-conscious travelers.
