  • Want to have some fun rides? It's OK. But dont expect too much. If you are not with kids and you are not so fond of rides then skip this place  more »
  • Once you come from a metro city then you're bound to be disappointed by this. This Amusement Park has nothing great about it, but since there isn't anything of this sort that's why it is surviving.  more »

  • good place but high prices. The activity grounds are small and the amusement rides arr also small. But its absolutely wonderful when seen through the scenery
  • Looks like many of the other reviews are posted by people of the amusement park. I went there few days back and discovered that they have tie up's with tourist operators. Which means that the tourist guides will give you a high recommendation about the adventure activities at Hip Hip Hurray and they get a commission for taking you there. What's worse, the tourist operators and the people at Hip Hip Hurray don't mind speaking to people insultingly if people aren't willing to spend money. When I didn't want to take the Rs.700 ticket because I was too tired for adventure activities, I was told on my face "If you don't have money to spend, why do you come here?". This was just one of the many insults. The amusement park itself is extremely small and not worth it because they allow only one ride in an extremely cramped up place and don't give you enough time either. Even the ice skating region is just a very small swimming pool with the water emptied. They charge Rs.400 for it, when Shimla's large ice skating rink costs just Rs.100. Hip Hip hurray and the people who take you to it are part of a well oiled system that is designed to take your money, give you no value and give you no satisfaction. Honestly, they don't give a hoot about your experience or respect you as a person even when you shell out an exorbitant amount of money for their ticket. If you visit Kufri, don't do it via a tourist guide and especially don't go to Hip Hip Hurray. You'll find much better amusement parks in other cities where you'll get value for money and respect. Hire a vehicle and visit only the mountains for the snow. Nothing else is worth visiting. Oh by the way, there's a horse ride at the snow covered hills where they charge an exorbitant Rs.500 just to take you up a 1.5km path that you can easily walk up yourself.
  • So many activities available here.. its full of enjoyment. But you should hav atleast 4 hours to enjoy all the games. Then travel back to kufri.
  • Expensive, with no value of your money. I am from Shimla itself, and I've visited it more than once (which I regret). The games are broken, the pool's empty most of the time. They've got zip-lining and bunjee but you can only do it once for the amount of 700 Rs. They have got an restraunt within the premises. Kufri has got bettet amusement parks to offer to you.
  • Dumbest place, why have they made an amusement park in a hill station like Kufri! 1) It is very artificial and irritatingly crowded 2) Too expensive...Rs 1000 per head for nothing! 3) There are only 2 okayish things i.e Ziplining (which is most poorly managed and too short.) and Reverse Bungee (which is fine yet one needn't go to a hill station for that as it is now in almost every mall spaces in the NCR to say the least) Rest all are really dumb like computer gaming, ice skating with broken shoes and no instructor! 4) Utter waste of time
