  • Sariska National Park is gud to see a wild life in a large area. Jungle safari is really enjoyable. Spotted deer and sambhar can be easily seen. The whole jungle safaari is quite adventurous.
  • Happy to know that places like this still exist. The park is on the up again with the re-induction of tigers. There are now 14 tigers and growing. Although we were unlucky, several visitors did spot a...  more »
  • The terrain is nice but not many animals. Overall it is an OK kind of experience. Bharatpur Bird park close by is a far better option.

  • The road through the reserve is intentionally kept non metal. It is a beautiful but slow and bumpy ride/drive through it. The Pandu Pol temple is open only on Saturdays and Tuesdays. October to Feb.. perfect time to go if you are riding bikes. If in a car, you can go anytime but Safari starts Oct. You can plan bhangarh on the same day as the road leads out there if you going from Delhi that is. Overall.. can't complain a bit. Btw, if you can stay, especially during winter, you'll come back n thank me. ;)
  • Located near the foot hills of the Aravalli Range, The Sariska Tiger Reserve is famous for its population of the Bengal Tiger and other wildlife species. It is also home to the Sariska Palace, which was used as a hunting lodge by the Maharaja of Alwar. The forested area also contains other attractions such as Pandupol temple and the Kankwadi Fort.
  • The Sariska Tiger Reserve is an Indian national park and wildlife refuge located in the Alwar district of the state of Rajasthan. The topography of Sariska supports scrub-thorn arid forests, rocky landscapes, dry deciduous forests, rocks, grasses and hilly cliffs. This area was a hunting preserve of the Alwar state and it was declared a wildlife reserve in 1955. In 1978, it was given the status of a tiger reserve making it a part of India's Project Tiger. The present area of the park is 866 km2. The park is situated 106 km from Hindaun, 107 km from Jaipur and 200 km from Delhi.[1]
  • Really a wonderful park, but rated 1 star below due to the management systems here. They aren't too bad, but overcrowding should not be allowed inside the park. Though didn't see a tiger, but possibly didn't miss any other species. Loads of peacocks and Sambars. If you go by own car, be careful around the animals and preferably take a vehicle with 160+ mm ground clearance.
  • Tiger reserve forest of Rajasthan in this reserve area a lord Hanuman temple situated which famously known as Pandupol Hanuman temple
