Where to stay in Pune

South-east of the main train station sit most of the accommodations on offer in Pune, with the choice largely revolving around standard hotels featuring small pools and restaurants. You can find some more luxurious options in the more spread-out areas to the north of the city center, and along the rivers that flow through town. Hostels and guesthouses provide budget-friendly options, with the bulk located near the university accommodation districts, and the side streets of the older parts of town.

  • Don't give a second thought if you are planning to come here! Just drive in! Amazing place for a morning/evening walk.Japnese themed garden with almost all types of Indian trees beautifully shaped and decorated through-out the garden. Also spread out throughout is a small stream of water which makes the place even more beautiful and scenic. Entry fee - Rs.5 per adult. Totally totally worth!
  • Nice landscape. Large garden, waterfalls, flowing water and flowers. Quite big and good enough for a morning walk or a relaxing evening. Check timings before u plan to go there.
  • Good place. The garden, the lake all make our mood fresh. It is a good place to go with family friends and just be with the nature. It is pretty quiet place but it could get little crowded sometimes.
  • Superb place with very good maintenance. Best garden within city limits. Nominal entrance fees.A must visit picturesque place.
  • More like a school rather a relaxing garden. You will hear continuesly whistles by guards. You can not enjoy any activities which people generally expect to do in a garden. Going inside the lawns is strictly prohibited. Taking food inside the garden is prohibited and other long list of prohibited activities. Walking, sitting on the wooden bench and photography are only time pass here. Drinking water is not available inside garden premises.
