  • If you have time you can visit it for 200 rupees per head. For the other people you can avoid noting special to see except the landscape. 
  • We visited this fort today on our way from Tanjore to Kanathukottan and were mostly disappointed. Yes there is a nice 360C view from the top but that's about it. No buildings inside, only a rusty cano...  more »
  • It was great to climb up to the Fort, the road is not particularly difficult and you will encounter lots d ilocali cooking, chatting rest ... but everyone is polite and say hello. The Fort is impressive and fairly well maintained, a escursioncina not to be missed

  • Historical fort built by the raja of pudukotai. You can also see carvings on the hill. Amazing history.
  • Very rare temple complex where Shiva and Vishnu temples are together. Very good place to visit
  • Medieval fort more strengthened after the formation of sivagangai kingdom,for the safety of pudukottai kingdom.my second visit will be this month end or feb end along with pudukottai district monuments and temples
  • Both Siva and Perumal temples are here. One of the Divya desams
  • Fairly well maintained fort with interestingly situated secret chambers
