  • A rather empty 2 floor Museum with models of ancient people of Andaman and living techniques. Super boring place and waste of time

  • None was there to show the museum. Visited just because it was included in tour package. Nothing unique could be seen and instead of historical pictures , present day pictures were kept. Only coconut water at entrance was nice.
  • The best place to find the feel of Andaman. The origin of man! Look out for the amazing display. Sadly photography ain't allowed. But It comprises beauty of Andaman. It presents awful craft work . Small but well maintained museum with low price ticket.

  • The museum is great an located at prime place near secretariat building and court house. It has excellent display of the demographic and tribal history of the Island. A place one must visit while coming to Port Blair
  • Good place to know about the tribes that have inhabited the A&N islands for all these years. It gives a glimpse of the way of life, the origin and the evolution of the various tribes, some of which still thrive in the Nicobar Islands.
