Srikrishna Science Centre is a museum in Patna, Bihar, India which was named after the first Chief Minister of Bihar, Sri Krishna Singh. It was inaugurated on April 14, 1978, by the Minister of Education, Shri Thakur Prasad Singh. Srikrishna Science Centre forms a unit of the National Council of Science Museums, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. It is located in the southwestern corner of the Gandhi Maidan. The science centre has been set up for the benefit of the public, especially students.GalleriesThe centre is made up of galleries that teach different science topics: the Fun Science Gallery covers physics and maths with 50 hands-on exhibits; the Mirrors and Images Gallery; the 3D show; the Evolution Gallery with 60 interactive exhibits that explain the origin of the universe and its life-forms, including man; Science Park with 40 exhibits where children can play; Jurassic Park with moving dinosaurs; and exhibits on oceans and Indian scientists.A new gallery on images and mirrors will have around 60 exhibits. The gallery will showcase the concept of reflection, illusive images, 3D images, medical imaging, concept of colours, and digital and virtual imaging. Several immersion virtual exhibits will be part of this gallery.

  • Its a good place to learn the intresting facts about science...I felt like entering a practical room covering all aspects of life. I think for now museum should be updated with latest innovations.. The museum still features 3D movie..but the world has stepped far ahead. We are in a world to watch every movie in 3D.. so please try to add. There is no cafeteria
  • Science centre for people loving science. Many physical phenomena laws have been demonstrated in easy way. Fun and simple.. It's a good place for kids.
  • This place is best for its uniqueness. There are so many things which is based on science with given scientific reason. I recommend this place for all age group.The ticket charge is affordable. Per person 30 rupees .
  • Very nice especially the new building. You have a 3D show too. Fun time for children apart from the learning.
  • You will get to see here amazing science right from ancient history to future, deep sea to the space, plants to humans & animals,etc. Really amazing science wonders , most of which are experimental.
