  • It's the oldest churches of Goa.... peaceful and silent. Feel nice as it gives a sense of peace within yourself.
  • Its a decent place, very crowded though. The corpse of St Francis is visible from a distance. You can get excellent photos of the dome.
  • I visited this place only because it is one of the world heritage sites in Goa. Otherwise there is nothing much. The place is nicely maintained, calm and clean. The entry is free so the place is gener...  more »

  • Nice & ancient property. It is of The Portuguese times in india. The architecture of the chapel is awesome. Must maintain this heritage site for the Harmony of social fabric.
  • it is an old small sized chapel used by the saint himself. Many are uploading pics of "Bom Jesus Basilica" and they cant be blamed as it is the basilica that houses the remains of the saint.
  • Not thrilled with the interior of the building and would say the two churches on the other side of the road (especially the cathedral) are less garish and of far more interest. Worth a look as it's a highlight of Old Goa but it appeals least of the three adjacent religious structures.
  • Very nice old Church in old goa
  • Very nice ..very old church beautiful
